The first one is makeup remover – especially the small little guy like this, if you get this big one the guest will take them all vs you give them a little one they will take whatever you give. Maybe they don’t even use it.
Here’s the reason why you need it because omg every time I clean my house I saw my white towel all have black dots. I tried to bleach it, don’t work, I tried washing it with my hand does not work. I’m going to cry.
I have to replace a new towel every time and that costs money. By using this magic pill here I now have a reason to charge my guest if you dirty my towel you will pay for the replacement and I already provide you make-up remover. There is no reason to dirty my towel with makeup.
The second one is chips – everytime I go to different Airbnb in the United States / Europe or even hotels I don’t see any complimentary snacks. They give me 2 precious bottles of water. And that’s it. How ridiculously boring.
When I go to Mexico Cancun, all you drink and all you can eat. I was like why do I love Mexico so much? And Ah ha The light bulk idea when on.

The third one is a women’s pad – You would like mike that too much, well it comes in handy when they need it. Of course, you give your guest the right amount of 2 – 4 pieces. It is only for emergencies.
Here’s the reason why you need it, do you see these stains, it is not coming off even if I bleach it. It is drive me nuts. Washing comforter or blanket is take so long to dry and the stain does not come off.
You waste electricity and water when you can’t get rid of them. You have to get a duvet to cover it or you buy a whole new comforter. Ain’t fun you have to spend more money.
Have these pads on hand you don’t need to be afraid, you said this to your guest we provide this, and if you stain the blanket you going to pay for it. Now the guest has no execution not pay for your new comforter.
The fourth one is Tooth brush, Tooth paste & Lotion – you will be surprised when people travel they don’t bring their toothbrush. Especially when you travel with a big family. It is hard to track all the children.
Your guest will appreciate it when they don’t need to go out grocery store or gas station to buy their base need. When you think about them every single small thing includes this, they will happily give you 5-star review.
And I’m a big believer that the higher your review the more cash you make in the long term.
During winter your hand gets dry a lot and sometimes gets itchy. If you provide this little baby bottle lotion. I think they have no word to say but thank you.
The last one is hot chocolate – I love giving my guests varieties. Again I go to many places it all they provide is coffee. I’m not a coffee guy but I would love to drink hot chocolate when the weather is cold.
Here’s the reason why you need it, it is because you give your guest the option to choose coffee or hot chocolate. You give them no reason why they have to go to Starbucks coffee.
Look at all the fast food chains McDonald’s, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and burger king they all have to drive thru and it is summed up in one-word convenience.
You want coffee: you have here, you want hot chocolate you have here.
The ultimate goal is this you want your guest to feel comfortable as if they live in their home. You have all the basic amenities prepared for them. They will experience a whole new level when they staying your Airbnb.
