How To Earn $70K As An Airbnb Super Host

Hey there! Are you an Airbnb host struggling to attract the right guests and make a consistent income? Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered with a proven system!

Let’s face it, having bad guests or struggling with bookings can leave you feeling frustrated and discouraged. But attracting just one ideal guest is better than dealing with ten disrespectful ones, am I right?

Most guides out there only show you how to make your place look nice and price it right. But that’s not enough to attract the right guests who will respect your home and leave it clean.

That’s where my guide comes in. Sometimes it’s hard to optimize your Airbnb and offer top-notch service. But here are five obstacles you can overcome with my guide in the next 30 days:

1. Lack of industry knowledge.

2. No familiarity with marketing strategies.

3. Fear of failure.

4. Difficulty setting up your place.

5. Lack of time invested in the process.

If you follow my step-by-step guide, you’ll have everything you need to become a successful Airbnb super host. Let’s dive in!

Step 1: Get a Special Guest

To attract the right guests who are willing to pay top dollar and take good care of your place, you need to turn on the Good Track Record feature in the Instant Booking Tab.

Step 2: Set Your House Up

Now that you’ve got the special guests, it’s time to set up your house. Make sure it’s presentable and well-maintained. All photos on Airbnb should match what your guest sees when they arrive. Cleanliness is key!

Step 3: Pricing Strategy

Your pricing needs to be competitive and attractive to special guests. Make sure you charge enough to cover your costs and make a decent profit. Look at 5-10 other houses within a 30-mile radius and aim for above-average pricing.

Step 4: Offer Good Service

Your guests’ comfort and happiness are your top priority. Offer freebies, amenities like Wi-Fi and streaming services, and a warm welcome gift to make them feel at home.

Step 5: Market Your Place

Make sure potential guests can easily find your Airbnb online and become interested in staying with you. Use great titles that appeal to your target audience, like co-working space and fast Wi-Fi for business travelers or a lovely vacation home for families.

Don’t worry about doing everything all at once. Take it one step at a time and you’ll become a successful Airbnb super host in no time. You’re already doing amazing work, keep it up!
